For the LOVE of money is the root of all evil. (1Timothy 6:10) This scripture can scare you if you do not a good grasp on your finances. God gives us financial guidance throughout His word. It is important that we are financially fit.
Like all good financial advisors, God has a plan for our money, but His plan is superior to any man-made one. “You shall bring the choice fruits of your soil into the house of the Lord”. (Exodus 23:19) When you offer God what’s right, He will bless what’s left.
The Lord does not need your money, but He seeks your obedience. He knows we need to give. Doing so with a generous heart, shows the character of Christ in our lives. Remember Jesus is the giver who gave His life for- our salvation. We can never out give Him.
