So many times when people pass away, many are concerned with what they may inherit. Most of the times its money, jewelry, houses or cars. However, no matter what we inherit, our security is not in possessions. It is in our relationship with God.
Peter assures us that we have an inheritance waiting for us in heaven. (1Peter 1:4). This inheritance is safe because we are not the ones guarding it. Our inheritance is imperishable, undefiled and unfading. Our eternal hope is secure. When we face difficult times, we can find hope in knowing what waits for us in the future.
