Have you ever made a decision and immediately began to feel uneasy? Have you ever been driving and something told you to go another way? Have you ever walked in a situation and something on the inside tells you it isn’t right? That is your spiritual discernment kicking in. LISTEN!
God wants us to know the difference between truth and error. That is why He equips us with spiritual discernment to choose between what is good and what is best. Sometimes satan presents something that appears to be good just before God reveals what is best. Many times we jump at her former and not wait for the latter. This is why spiritual discernment is a necessity.
Mature, spiritually grounded believers will let the appearance of good pass them by so they can attain God’s best. He offers spiritual discernment to all who seek His will.
